Registration
ICDEM 2010 Registration Guidelines
- For each accepted paper, at least one author should register for the conference and present their paper, in order for their paper to be included in the proceedings (Additional (co)authors of that paper should register if and only if they also wish to attend the conference. In other words, if the remaining (co)authors of that paper do not wish to attend the conference, they need not pay any fee).
- All accepted workshop papers will appear in LNCS, Springer Verlag-Germany
- We do not encourage spot registration for attendees. Late Registration for attendees will be closed one week before the conference days.
- There is no separate registration rate for student authors. However, reduced rates for student attendees are available
- Spouses must register in advance of the conference, paying a discounted registration fee of 50%, to gain admittance to evening events
- Each participant will receive a receipt from the Finance Chair on payment of registration fee during the conference
- Additional LNCS proceedings can be ordered at the conference desk at a price of INR 5000 or EURO85. Proceedings will be sent by courier within two months after the conference
- All Indian authors should pay their registration fees by Bank Demand Draft (DD) only. All overseas authors should pay their registration fees On Spot by cash directly
- Fill-in the Registration Form, and email the same to icdem2010@gmail.com without fail at the earliest
